We live in Portland. We've had two experiences with Jim Doran Dodge. First we bought our 2009 Dodge Ram there because they seemed to be giving us straight honest info and we felt very comfortable with the deal. Then later I went back to get uConnect module installed. Two Portland/Beaverton area dealerships gave me different information about which part was compatible with our radio and forget having the part in stock - they told me a week and then later (I had to call after a week) told me two months. This happened at two different dealers before I called Jim Doran Dodge. Jim Doran's was the only dealer (called many in Portland area) who really took the time to figure out which part our truck needed, and they had it in stock and installed it the next day. Thank you for your straight talk and good honest information. I would recommend this dealership to other friends in the Portland area, it is worth the drive.? Sharon
We had a great salesman they knocked 6500.00 bucks off the price of the vehicle we bought. Did the first oil change, brake change, and tire rotation for free.amy e
Although I did not purchase my vehicle from Doran's I have taken it there for all servicing since. Very reasonable prices. Very prompt service. If something isn't quite right, they do their best to make it right. They wash the vehicle before returning it to you. That service isn't always a part of servicing at other places. It's much appreciated!Kaler H.
Took my truck in for warranty engine work...Jim Doran's repair center ending up having it for nearly a month! But they immediately gave me a FREE loaner car and took care of all my trucks engine and mechanical problems to a "T", which ended up being much more than just a knock! The repair dept. is highly knowledgable and did a great job explaining to me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Everyone from managers to repair guys were very friendly and seemed to really strive to make things very easy for me to understand. Always kept me alerted as to what was happening and when I could expect it done. In the end, I would recommend them for any auto repairs, they truly seemed to put customer service first! They are right off 99W in McMinnville...look for the huge selection of Dodge vehicles and used vehicles!! Lots of parking!TC C
